All Nerve Recovery Max orders are shipped out of our production facility in Ohio, using UPS Expedited Delivery. You’ll receive tracking information so you can track your package from shipment to your front door. If you do not receive your package within a few days, please contact our team and we will let you know why you haven’t received your package yet.
